We clear driveways and lots in every part of the city, from Byron, Westmount, Lambeth and Wortley Village in the south and west to Hyde Park, Masonville, Stoney Creek and Old North in the north, and Old East, Hamilton Road and Argyle in the east. Residential seasonal service starts at $650 + HST for a single driveway, with per-visit service from $70 + HST. For parking lots, plazas, clinics, churches and condominiums we provide commercial snow plowing and salting with $2,000,000 liability insurance, WSIB registration and a written contract for every site.

How much snow before you come?
We come automatically every time snowfall reaches 5 cm. You never need to call. In long storms we come back.
When does the season run?
December 1 to March 31. You can extend it to November 1 to April 15 for $95 + HST.
Is the City windrow included?
Yes. The ridge the City plow leaves at the end of your driveway is cleared on our visit.
How do I know you came?
You get a timestamped photo after every visit, so you know it's done even when you're away.
How much does it cost?
Single or 1.5-car driveways $650 to $725, doubles $815, and 3-car, paver or stamped driveways $1,050, all + HST for the full season. Walkway and steps from $150, salt $175.
Do you offer per-visit service?
Yes, from $70 to $85 per visit + HST depending on driveway size. Seasonal clients are prioritized on the route.
